you will be responsible to attract, find, and pre-select the right talents focusing on positions in our different departments. This will be achieved through the development and execution of recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas.

As recruiter, you approach the market, has a in depth business understanding and the ability to 'sell' TOMRA to prospective employees.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develops in co-operation with the HR team and Line Managers a TOMRA Sorting Recruiting appropriate strategies to fill positions in the different departments
  • Research, identify, and recruit candidates through various active sourcing methods
  • Together with our marketing department you attracts potential candidates through advanced marketing, branding, social media tools and networking
  • Cultivates relationships with potential candidates and provides a positive candidate experience
  • Manages and leads recruitment processes including screening and conducting job interviews
  • Develops and maintains a quality relationship with the internal customers and external recruitment agencies
  • Builds a strong TOMRA employer brand
  • Participates in job fairs and career events
  • Monitors labour legislation and implements required changes to keep the process compliant

Candidate profile:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a Recruiter role focusing on positions in Engineering
  • A strong passion for technology and eager to obtain industry knowledge to understand required and relevant skill sets
  • Curious about individuals and paying attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong knowledge of social media
  • Experienced and driven in using state of the art recruitment software
  • Integrity and Empathy
