Service Coordinator - Backoffice Quotation / Shipping

The Recycling Hq located in Koblenz has an excellent opportunity for a Service coordinator.

Main tasks are:

  • responsible for creating all quotations for Service in BS Recycling and Mining
  • responsible for creating all customer orders from the Service product range (spares, extended repairs, maintenance contracts and upgrades)
  • responsible for customs clearance handling
  • responsible for improve of spare parts business
  • Backup function for an accurate booking of all goods movements
  • Backup function for administration in Service Backoffice (VISA, Working clothes, Customer data)

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Close cooperation within service and other departments
  • handling all customer communication for above mentioned together with Service Sales
  • Trace all created offers in ERP System • contact with all our entities (parts, offers etc.)
  • shipment of spare parts all over the world • Handling of custom clearance (documentation, import-export, ATLAS, custom tariff number,
  • Handling of in-house part repairs for the business streams (apportionment per latest agreement with Dispatching and Backoffice)
  • Customer satisfaction by proper response and prompt deliveries
  • Management and update of all customer data in ERP System
  • As a Backup function:
    - VISA handling
    - Handling and coordination of working clothes o Handling of all bookings in the warehouse (internal transfer, issue for Shop Orders / Work Orders / Customer Orders etc.)

Candidate profile:

  • Drive for Achievement 
  • Being self-motivated and having the proven capacity to fully complete tasks
  • Ability to manage administration, control systems and financial resources. 
  • Experience and knowledge in all kind of customs clearance
  • Excellent problem solving and follow-up skills
  • Excellent communication skills, very good in spoken and written English and maybe other languages
  • Business experience in a support function


  • commercial education ( for example, forwarding merchant) or minimum of 3 years of experience preferably in similar capacity
